About Sandy Gard

When asked about myself, I think of family, loving relationships, a zest for living, embracing the joy of helping others, making each day special, going beyond the expected, growing in heart and mind, embracing my individual faith and the ability that faith provides me to stand firm on my values…these are the things that are me!

My wonderful husband of 10 years, Phil—who by the way, does all the cooking in our family (WOW!! Did I luck out) and our children and grandchildren are the nucleus of my life. Our grandchildren provide us the opportunity to see life through a totally different perspective. While Phil and I savor our moments to travel, deep sea fish off the coast of Florida, hit the longest drive, paint a watercolor scene, garden or work out at the gym, it’s the joy our family, friends and relationships bring us that broaden our hearts.

It’s these values that I bring into my real estate life and the driving force to provide the “ultimate” professional service to clients and friends. It’s my inherent determination and commitment to excellence to provide the highest level of technological, marketing, business and negotiating skills to provide the client with the knowledge and education to make a wise investment decision.

Ella Bown Dunn is a Client Care Coordinator and Buyers' Assistant with Sandy Gard & Associates.  She promotes client contact and follow-up programs, manages pending and closings, coordinates marketing and office schedules.
